Class Information and Schedule 

All group classes (apart from Dorrington village hall) are currently being taught online via Zoom, please email suzanna.brander@gmail.com to receive password and invite link

All classes are 75 minutes duration and cost £8

Payment for all group classes is in advance and by bank transfer (details provided when booking is confirmed)

Please block book wherever possible as sometimes places are limited

Monday morning 8am (online)
Wednesday evening 6.30pm (online)
Thursday morning 10.30am (online)

From Monday 6th September -

Dorrington Village Hall, 8pm duration 90 minutes. Cost £10 per class (reduced price for block bookings)

Class information 

Yoga is more beneficial practiced on an empty stomach so you should try not to eat at least 4 hours before a class (tea/coffee/fluids are fine). If you're attending a morning class try to skip breakfast, if you are unable to manage without food for more than a few hours or for medical reasons perhaps have a light bite e.g a banana. Please have an early lunch if your class is in the evening 

You should wear loose clothing, leggings or shorts and we always practice yoga in bare feet

You will need a yoga mat, I usually use yoga equipment to make the postures accessible and safe, I will provide this equipment during the face to face classes, if you would like to buy your own equipment to use at home or when attending online classes please speak to me and I can arrange to have some delivered to you directly from yogamatters.com - you will receive a 25% discount from the list price on their website
